RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Zankai, every product is strictly made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing issues, color choices, or change of mind. Please check our Size Chart carefully before ordering.
Defective or Misprinted Items:
If you receive a damaged or misprinted item, we will replace it for free.
You must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the original package being opened.
Send the video and your Order ID to [TERA_NAYA_GMAIL] within 7 days of delivery.
We only provide free replacements for defective items, no direct refunds.
Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned due to a wrong address provided by you, re-shipping charges will apply.
